The invention provides a satellite-ground combined planning method for an ultra-low orbit satellite, and the method comprises the steps: receiving a load parameter file provided by a user, and generating a task planning file; according to GNSS telemetry data, six orbits of a satellite are obtained, the entry and exit condition of the satellite is forecasted, and a corresponding orbit control file and an ephemeris file are generated; generating corresponding instructions from the task planning file, the orbit control file and the ephemeris file, and sending the instructions to a satellite; meanwhile, telemetry data and data transmission files returned on the satellite are received, forwarded and/or analyzed, and satellite-ground interaction is achieved; and performing key data monitoring on the received telemetry data to generate alarm level information. Meanwhile, the invention provides a satellite-ground combined planning system for the ultra-low orbit satellite. According to the satellite-ground combined planning method and system for the ultra-low orbit satellite, the autonomy of interaction between the satellite and ground application is effectively improved, and the difficulty of ground operation is reduced.
本发明提供了一种面向超低轨卫星的星地联合规划方法,包括:接收用户提供的载荷参数文件,并生成任务规划文件;根据GNSS遥测数据,得到卫星的轨道六根数,对卫星的出入境情况进行预报,并生成相应的轨道控制文件以及星历文件;将所述任务规划文件、所述轨道控制文件和所述星历文件生成相应指令后发送至星上;同时,接收、转发和/或解析星上回传的遥测数据和数传文件,实现星地交互;对接收到的所述遥测数据进行关键数据监测,生成报警等级信息。同时提供一种面向超低轨卫星的星地联合规划系统。本发明提供的面向超低轨卫星的星地联合规划方法及系统,有效提高了卫星以及地面应用互动的自主性,并减轻了地面操作的难度。
