The invention provides a super-large wide-groove heat collector assembling method which comprises the steps that a plurality of cantilever supports and stand columns in one-to-one correspondence with the cantilever supports are provided, a series-connection transverse frame is provided, and the series-connection transverse frame penetrates through series-connection holes to complete series connection of the cantilever supports and the stand columns to form a supporting truss; providing a pair of end frames, wherein the end frames are fixedly mounted on the two sides of the supporting truss respectively; providing a plurality of cantilevers, wherein the cantilevers are fixedly mounted on the two sides of the cantilever support; wherein laser positioning holes are formed in the end frame and the cantilever, a plurality of sets of adjustable mirror board assemblies are provided, rapid positioning before installation of all the assemblies is carried out in a laser positioning mode, and due to the fact that the heat collector assemblies are arranged in a linear array mode, centralized positioning of a large number of assemblies can be rapidly carried out in a laser pre-positioning mode; and after positioning is completed, rapid fixing can be conducted in a welding or series connection mode, the problem that continuous fine adjustment is needed after installation is solved, the assembly precision is greatly improved, and the assembly efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供一种超大宽槽集热器组装方法,包括:提供若干悬臂架以及与其一一对应的立柱,提供串联横架,并使所述串联横架穿过串联孔完成若干悬臂架及立柱的串联形成支撑桁架;提供一对端架,所述端架分别固定安装在支撑桁架两侧;提供若干悬臂,若干所述悬臂固定安装在悬臂架两侧;其中,所述端架以及悬臂上均开设有激光定位孔,提供若干组可调节镜面板组件,本发明采用激光定位方式进行各个组件安装前的快速定位,由于集热器组件呈线性阵列式排列,因此采用激光预定位方式能够快速进行大量组件的集中定位,定位完成后采用焊接或串联方式能够快速进行固定,解决了安装后需要不断微调的问题,大大提高了装配精度,并提高了装配效率。
