The invention discloses a cooling device for a charging pile, which relates to the technical field of automobile charging piles and comprises a connecting line arranged on the surface of a charging pile body and a charging gun arranged at one end of the connecting line. An evaporator is arranged in the charging pile body, a condenser is arranged in the charging pile body, an annular heat pipe is arranged in the charging pile body, and a fan is arranged in the charging pile body; the two ends of the annular heat pipe are welded together, and the annular heat pipe is wound on the surfaces of the condenser and the evaporator. According to the invention, through the arrangement of the annular heat pipe, the evaporator, the condenser, the fan and the like, cold and heat exchange can be realized without a driving part, the energy consumption is greatly reduced, the heat exchange rate is far higher than that of a liquid cooling scheme, and the problem that high heat caused by super fast charging cannot be exchanged can be solved.

    本发明公开了一种充电桩用冷却装置,涉及汽车充电桩技术领域,包括设置在充电桩本体表面的连接线、设置在连接线一端的充电枪;所述充电桩本体的内部设置有蒸发器,且充电桩本体的内部设置有冷凝器,所述充电桩本体的内部设置有环状热管,且充电桩本体的内部设置有风扇;所述环状热管的两端焊接在一起,且环状热管缠绕在冷凝器与蒸发器的表面。本发明中,通过设置的环状热管、蒸发器、冷凝器以及风扇等,无需驱动部件即可实现冷热交换,大大降低能耗,且热交换速率远超液冷方案,可解决超级快充带来的高热量无法交换走的问题。
