The present invention relates to an oil leakage sensing method and an oil leakage sensing system of a brake system, according to one aspect of the present invention, the oil leakage sensing method may comprise the steps of: closing a first hydraulic circuit and monitoring an outflow amount of brake oil flowing out from a second hydraulic circuit; the second hydraulic circuit is closed, and the outflow amount of the brake oil flowing out of the first hydraulic circuit is monitored; and determining a circuit of leaked brake oil from among the first hydraulic circuit that controls the flow of hydraulic pressure transmitted to two wheel cylinders and a second hydraulic circuit that controls the flow of hydraulic pressure transmitted to the remaining two wheel cylinders.
