The invention discloses a composite material lightweight rail carriage side wall and a manufacturing process thereof, the composite material lightweight rail carriage side wall comprises an inner skin and an outer skin, a reinforcing rib and a foam core material are arranged between the inner skin and the outer skin, and the foam core material is filled in a space defined by the reinforcing rib, the inner skin and the outer skin; the inner skin and the outer skin are made of fiber reinforced composite materials, reinforced fibers on the outer sides of the inner skin and the outer skin are carbon fibers, and reinforced fibers on the inner sides of the inner skin and the outer skin comprise glass fibers; the reinforcing ribs are foam reinforcing ribs, and the side walls of the reinforcing ribs are made of fiber reinforced composite materials or metal materials. The arrangement of the internal reinforcement structure can effectively overcome the defects that the rigidity of the cross section of the homogenized sandwich structure is not changed, and the bearing advantage of the composite material cannot be fully exerted.

    本发明公开了一种复合材料轻量化轨道车厢侧壁及其制造工艺,包括内蒙皮和外蒙皮,内、外蒙皮之间设置有加强筋和泡沫芯材,泡沫芯材填充在加强筋、内蒙皮和外蒙皮之间围成的空间内;内蒙皮和外蒙皮的材质均为纤维增强复合材料,其中,两者外侧的增强纤维为碳纤维,内侧的增强纤维包括玻璃纤维;加强筋为泡沫加强筋,加强筋的侧壁材质为纤维增强复合材料或金属材料。内部加筋结构的设置可有效改善均匀化三明治夹芯结构截面刚度不变,无法充分发挥复合材料的承载优势等弊端。
