The semi-active hydraulic bushing mount includes: an outer tube; the main spring is arranged in the outer pipe, an upper cavity, a lower cavity and a communicating channel communicating the upper cavity with the lower cavity are defined between the main spring and the inner wall of the outer pipe, magnetorheological fluid is placed in the upper cavity and the lower cavity, and a core rod used for being connected with a power assembly is arranged in the main spring; the limiting mechanism is arranged in the lower cavity, one end of the limiting mechanism is connected with the outer pipe, the other end of the limiting mechanism protrudes towards one side of the axis of the outer pipe, the limiting mechanism is used for limiting the main spring to move towards one side where the limiting mechanism is located, and the length of the side, facing the outer pipe, of at least part of the limiting mechanism is adjustable. According to the technical scheme, the damping and the limiting distance of the suspension are adjusted according to the requirements of a whole vehicle under different road conditions, and the problem that in the prior art, a semi-active suspension is low in adaptability to complex road conditions is solved.
本发明提供了一种半主动液压衬套悬置、车辆及控制方法。半主动液压衬套悬置包括:外管;主簧,主簧设置于外管内,主簧与外管的内壁之间围设成上腔体和下腔体,以及连通上腔体和下腔体之间的连通通道,上腔体和下腔体中放置有磁流变液,主簧内设置有用于与动力总成连接的芯杆;限位机构,限位机构设置于下腔体内,限位机构的一端与外管连接,限位机构的另一端朝向外管的轴线一侧凸出地设置,限位机构用于限制主簧朝向限位机构所在的一侧移动,且至少部分的限位机构朝向外管一侧的长度可调节地设置。应用本发明的技术方案,根据不同路况下的整车需求对悬置的阻尼和限位距离进行调节,解决了现有技术中半主动悬置对复杂路面情况适应性较低的问题。
