The invention provides a multi-factor high-speed traffic flow intelligent prediction method, and belongs to the field of machine learning. According to the method, on the basis of the historical flow of the gantries, various factors, including weather, holidays and festivals, the distance between surrounding gantries and the flow, influencing the high-speed traffic flow are comprehensively considered. And a flow change rule is extracted by fitting historical record data of the factors, and the future flow of each portal is predicted by combining real-time sequential change data of each factor. According to the method, machine learning is applied to the high-speed traffic flow prediction problem, the practical application value is high, the disadvantages that high-speed traffic flow prediction is complex and poor in real-time performance and accuracy are changed, a flexible and low-cost solution is provided for traffic congestion and scheduling, and high economic benefits and social benefits are achieved.
