The invention discloses an escalator remote control device based on an intelligent camera. The escalator remote control device comprises a network camera, an intelligent analysis box, a voice broadcast device, a main board and a remote control board. The network camera and the intelligent analysis box form an intelligent camera; the intelligent analysis box is connected with the network camera through a network; the intelligent analysis box exchanges data with the mainboard through a CAN bus; the voice broadcast device exchanges data with the main board through a CAN bus; the main board exchanges data with a remote control board through an RS485; the main board is connected with a first microwave sensor, a second microwave sensor and a remote control permission key switch; the main board is connected with a frequency converter through an RS485. Intelligent judgment and reliable unmanned detection can be achieved, slow stopping or slow starting of the escalator is achieved through the frequency conversion technology, and safety of remote control of the escalator can be ensured. The invention further discloses a control method of the escalator remote control device based on the intelligent camera.

    本发明公开了一种基于智能摄像机的自动扶梯远程控制装置,包括网络摄像机、智能分析盒、语音播报装置、主板和远程控制板;网络摄像机和智能分析盒组成智能摄像机;智能分析盒通过网络与网络摄像机相连;智能分析盒通过CAN总线与主板进行数据交换;语音播报装置通过CAN总线与主板进行数据交换;主板通过RS485与远程控制板进行数据交换;主板连接有第一微波传感器、第二微波传感器和远程控制允许钥匙开关;主板通过RS485连接有变频器。本发明可实现智能判断,可靠无人检测,通过变频技术实现缓慢停止或缓慢启动自动扶梯,可以确保自动扶梯的远程控制的安全。本发明还公开了一种基于智能摄像机的自动扶梯远程控制装置的控制方法。
