The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a linkage control method for an electrochromic unit and an air conditioner and a vehicle. According to the method, the vehicle can receive a light transmittance adjusting instruction, and the light transmittance of an electrochromic unit is adjusted based on the light transmittance adjusting instruction, so that the light intensity of external environment light entering the vehicle through the electrochromic unit is adjusted; and operation of the air conditioner is controlled based on the light transmittance adjusting instruction, so that linkage of the electrochromic unit and the air conditioner is achieved. According to the embodiment of the invention, the electrochromic unit and the air conditioner do not need to be independently controlled, so that user operation is simplified, and user experience is improved. Besides, in order to avoid the situation that the electrochromic unit stops working due to the fact that the temperature of the electrochromic unit exceeds the working critical temperature, when the controller monitors that the temperature of the electrochromic unit exceeds the preset temperature threshold value through the temperature sensor, the controller can control the air conditioner to be in the starting state so as to reduce the temperature of the electrochromic unit.
