The invention provides an HHC hill-holding control method of a permanent magnet motor for an electric vehicle, which instructs the electric vehicle to switch to an HHC auxiliary driving mode according to a posture orientation parameter and a driving motion parameter of the electric vehicle. Then, in the corresponding switching time when the feet of the driver are transferred from the brake pedal to the accelerator pedal, a permanent magnet motor of the electric vehicle is indicated to enter a stop working state, and driving wheels of the electric vehicle are indicated to enter a brake state; after the feet of the driver are transferred to the accelerator pedal, the permanent magnet motor is controlled to output the driving acting force to the driving wheels according to the information of the slope traction action borne by the electric vehicle, so that the electric vehicle is switched from the braking state to the moving state; in this way, the working state of the permanent magnet motor and the braking state of the driving wheels can be adaptively adjusted according to the switching response speed of transferring the feet of different drivers from the braking pedal to the accelerator pedal, car sliding is effectively avoided, and it is guaranteed that an electric vehicle stably moves on a ramp.

    本发明提供了电动车辆用永磁电机HHC驻坡控制方法,其根据电动车辆的姿态朝向参数和行驶运动参数,指示电动车辆切换到HHC辅助行驶模式;接着在驾驶者的脚部从制动踏板转移至油门踏板对应的切换时间内,指示电动车辆的永磁电机进入停止工作状态以及指示电动车辆的驱动车轮进入制动状态;并且当驾驶者的脚部转移至油门踏板后,根据电动车辆受到的坡面牵引作用信息,控制永磁电机向驱动车轮输出的驱动作用力,使电动车辆从制动状态切换至运动状态,这样可根据不同驾驶者的脚部从制动踏板转移至油门踏板的切换响应快慢,适应性调整永磁电机的工作状态和驱动车轮的制动状态,有效避免溜车的发生,以及保证电动车辆在坡道上平稳运动。
