The method is high in feasibility, after the motor on one side breaks down, when the pull rope is manually lifted on the broken-down side, the two ends of the pull rope of the safety door are synchronously lifted by obtaining the state of the pull rope and correspondingly rotating the motor on the other side, emergency lifting control can be easily conducted on the broken-down safety door only by one person, and the control efficiency is high.

    本发明提供一种安全门应急控制方法,涉及轨道交通技术领域,包括以下步骤:S1:判断驱动机是否正常工作,若是则不执行操作;反之则执行S2;S2:将异常驱动机处的升降控制部标记为第一控制部,另一端为第二控制部;第二控制部的控制器实时获取绝对值编码器读数;S3:判断第二控制部的绝对值编码器读数变化是否大于预定阈值;若是则执行S4;反之则不执行操作;S4:第二控制部驱动机工作驱动滑块位移预定距离。本发明可行度高,在一侧电机故障之后,在故障一侧人为对拉绳进行升降时,通过拉绳的状态获取,另一侧的电机相应转动,使得安全门拉绳两端同步升降,仅仅只需要一个人就可以轻松对故障安全门进行紧急的升降控制,控制效率高。
