The invention relates to the technical field of communication, and discloses a charging pile management method and device, equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: pre-defining a communication protocol between a charging pile and an operation platform; when the charging request is detected, acquiring a current network mode of the charging pile; when the charging pile is in the offline mode, identity information of a to-be-charged user is verified; judging whether the charging request is valid according to the identity information of the to-be-charged user; if yes, providing a charging behavior according to the charging request and generating an offline charging record; when the charging pile is in the online mode, communication between the charging pile and the operation platform is established based on a communication protocol, a charging behavior is provided according to the charging request, an online charging record is generated, and an offline charging record is uploaded to the operation platform; and the operation platform carries out charging billing on the online charging record and/or the offline charging record according to a preset billing model. The data processing pressure of the operation platform can be reduced, and the charging mode of the charging pile can be expanded.

    本申请涉及通信技术领域,公开一种充电桩管理方法、装置、设备及存储介质。该方法包括:预定义充电桩和运营平台之间的通信协议;在检测到充电请求时,获取充电桩当前的网络模式;在充电桩处于离线模式时,验证待充电用户的身份信息;根据待充电用户的身份信息判断充电请求是否有效;若有效,根据充电请求提供充电行为并生成离线充电记录;在充电桩处于在线模式时,基于通信协议建立充电桩和运营平台之间的通信,根据充电请求提供充电行为并生成在线充电记录,将离线充电记录上传至运营平台,以使运营平台根据预设的计费模型对在线充电记录和/或离线充电记录进行充电计费。本申请实施例可以减小运营平台处理数据的压力和拓展充电桩充电模式。
