According to the railway vehicle health early warning method provided by the invention, through continuous mapping and evaluation from the most basic sensing element data to system performance early warning, missing report and false report can be avoided to the greatest extent, and the hierarchy, reliability and comprehensiveness of early warning are improved.

    本发明公开了一种轨道车辆健康预警方法及系统,轨道车辆健康预警方法包括:获取轨道车辆若干感知元件的原始数据信息,并根据所述原始数据信息分析得到对应于每个感知元件的第一预警等级信息;根据所述第一预警等级信息,计算得到感知部件的第二预警等级信息;其中,所述感知部件包括至少一个所述感知元件;根据所述第一预警等级信息或所述第二预警等级信息,计算得到所述轨道车辆制动系统的性能健康预警信息。本发明提供的轨道车辆健康预警方法,从最基本的感知元件数据到系统性能预警的连续映射和评价,可最大限度地避免漏报和误报,提高预警的层次性、可靠性以及全面性。
