The invention provides a flow debugging method and system for a ship cooling water system, and the method comprises the steps: firstly constructing a pipe network model of the ship cooling water system, and solving a first flow value of a pipeline under the condition that the resistance coefficient of a valve is minimum; thirdly, solving a first valve opening degree in a preset flow range, applying the first valve opening degree to an actual ship pipeline system, and correcting an existing resistance coefficient-valve opening degree curve according to an application result; and finally, by means of the corrected resistance coefficient-valve opening degree curve, a fourth valve resistance coefficient under the corresponding valve opening degree of each valve is calculated, and parameters of each throttling orifice plate are calculated according to the fourth valve resistance coefficient. The flow of the cooling water system can be reasonably distributed, high-accuracy flow debugging is achieved, and insufficient cooling or excessive cooling of mechanical equipment is avoided.

    本发明提供一种用于船舶冷却水系统的流量调试方法及系统,首先,构建船舶冷却水系统的管网模型,求解在阀门阻力系数最小情况下的管路的第一流量值;接着,求解预设流量范围内的第一阀门开度,并将其应用于实际船舶管路系统中,根据应用结果对现有的阻力系数‑阀门开度曲线进行修正;最后,利用修正后的阻力系数‑阀门开度曲线,计算出每个阀门对应阀门开度下的第四阀门阻力系数,并根据第四阀门阻力系数计算出各个节流孔板的参数。本发明能够实现冷却水系统流量的合理分配,实现高准确度的流量调试,避免造成机械设备冷却不足或者冷却过度。
