The invention belongs to the technical field of intelligent elevators, and particularly relates to an intelligent elevator voice control system based on voice interaction recognition and a recognition method thereof.The intelligent elevator voice control system comprises a plurality of voice collecting devices and further comprises a central control computer and a voice broadcasting device which are used for voice recognition, logic operation and module control; the central control computer comprises a voice recognition module, a memory storage module, a voice prompt module and an instant contact module. The voice broadcast device carries out voice prompt on a user and carries out communication between the user and a resident reserved number. According to the method, under the condition that heavy objects are carried or inconvenience exists, voice elevator calling can effectively assist a user in completing elevator using, under the noisy condition, the elevator taking intention of the user can be more accurately determined, elevator voice instruction recognition is more accurate, and therefore the probability that an intelligent elevator system is mistakenly awakened by voice instructions is reduced, and the user experience is improved. Instructions of passengers can be recognized more accurately, and the satisfaction degree of the passengers and the elevator taking efficiency are improved.
