The invention discloses a remote upgrading control method and device, a vehicle control unit and an electric vehicle, and the remote upgrading control method comprises the steps: dividing electronic control units into high-voltage electronic control units, non-high-voltage electronic control units and main node electronic control units according to whether high-voltage starting is needed or not; after a remote upgrading data packet is received, under the condition that the electric quantity of the storage battery meets a first electric quantity threshold value, the high-voltage electronic control unit is flashed and upgraded, and then the non-high-voltage electronic control unit and the main node electronic control unit are flashed and upgraded respectively; moreover, when the non-high-voltage electronic control unit and the main node electronic control unit are flashed and upgraded, the storage battery can be charged by adopting the power battery according to actual needs, so that the power consumption of the power battery is reduced as much as possible on the premise of ensuring that the storage battery has sufficient power during OTA upgrading, and the cruising ability of the vehicle is improved.

    本申请公开了一种远程升级控制方法、装置、整车控制器和电动汽车,该远程升级控制方法首先按照是否需要高压启动将电子控制单元划分为高压类电子控制单元、非高压类电子控制单元和主节点电子控制单元,然后在接收到远程升级数据包后,在蓄电池电量满足第一电量阈值的条件下,首先对高压类电子控制单元进行刷写升级,然后再分别对非高压类电子控制单元和主节点电子控制单元进行刷写升级;并且,在对非高压类电子控制单元和主节点电子控制单元进行刷写升级时,可以根据实际需要采用动力电池给蓄电池补电,从而在保证OTA升级时蓄电池有充足的电量的前提下,尽可能减小了动力电池的电量消耗,提升了车辆的续航能力。
