The invention discloses a gear shifting speed reducer for an electric container lifting appliance and the electric container lifting appliance. The gear shifting speed reducer comprises a motor, a gear shifting mechanism and a speed reducer, the gear shifting mechanism comprises a supporting box body, a connecting sleeve, a planetary speed reducing mechanism and a shifting fork assembly. The supporting box body comprises an upper shell, a lower shell and a fixed gear ring; the connecting sleeve is connected with a motor output shaft of the motor, and an outer tooth surface and an inner tooth surface are arranged on the connecting sleeve; the planetary reducing mechanism comprises a sun gear, a planet gear and a planet carrier; the planet gear is connected with the sun gear and the fixed gear ring through a tooth surface on the planet gear; the shifting fork assembly drives the connecting sleeve to slide up and down along the output shaft of the motor, and switching of a high-speed gear and a low-speed gear of the gear shifting speed reducer is achieved. The speed reducer is connected with a planet carrier of the planet speed reducing mechanism. The high-speed gear and the low-speed gear can be switched through the gear shifting mechanism, so that the problem of matching of driving force and speed between single-box stretching and double-box translation is solved.

    本发明公开了一种用于电动集装箱吊具的换挡减速机和电动集装箱吊具,换挡减速机包括电动机、换挡机构和减速机;换挡机构包括支承箱体、连接套、行星减速机构和拨叉组件;支承箱体包括上壳体、下壳体和固定齿圈;连接套与电动机的电机输出轴连接,该连接套上设有外齿面和内齿面;行星减速机构包括太阳轮、行星轮和行星架,行星轮通过其上的齿面连接太阳轮和固定齿圈;拨叉组件带动连接套沿电机输出轴上下滑动,实现换挡减速机的高速挡位和低速挡位的切换;减速机与行星减速机构的行星架连接。本发明通过换挡机构可以切换高、低速挡位,从而解决解决单箱伸缩和双箱平移之间驱动力与速度匹配的问题。
