According to the method, the unmanned ship can judge the collision condition according to the obtained collision trigger signal, autonomously determine to execute corresponding emergency treatment measures, and automatically turn off the engine after collision so as to avoid secondary accidents, so that immediate response to the collision accidents under the condition of no manual intervention is realized, and the safety of the unmanned ship is improved. And the stability and the safety of the unmanned ship after collision are practically improved.
