The invention discloses a close-fit ship stern bearing assembly method and a structure thereof.The assembly method comprises the following steps that firstly, base hole system transition fit is achieved through a step-shaped segmented structure, the outer circle of a bearing bush and an inner hole of a hub are designed into segmented matched structures, base hole system transition fit is adopted for each segment of matched part, and the outer circle of the bearing bush and the inner hole of the hub are matched with each other; the basic size of the matching part is gradually reduced from the flange end to the illegal flange end of the bearing bush, and the matching part is distributed in a step shape; step 2, performing quantitative design on matching part parameters according to the matching size, and calculating the maximum constraint force F of transition matching according to the matching size; calculating the maximum thrust T required by the assembly of the stern bearing; iteration and optimization design are carried out on the matching surface design parameters, the maximum constraint force F and the assembly thrust T, and F is made to be larger than G. According to the assembling method, close-fitting installation can be achieved, the restraint degree of the structure on the stern bearing after the stern bearing is installed is effectively enhanced, and vibration at the bearing is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种紧配型船舶艉轴承装配方法及其结构,该装配方法包括以下步骤:步骤一,采用阶梯形分段结构实现基孔制过渡配合,将轴承衬套的外圆和轴毂的内孔设计成分段配合结构,每段配合部位均采用基孔制过渡配合,配合部位的基本尺寸从轴承衬套的法兰端到非法兰端逐渐减小,呈阶梯状分布;步骤二,根据配合尺寸对配合部位参数进行量化设计,根据配合尺寸计算过渡配合的最大约束力F;计算艉轴承装配所需的最大推力T;对配合面设计参数、最大约束力F以及装配推力T进行迭代和优化设计,使F>G。上述装配方法能够实现紧配安装,有效增强艉轴承安装后结构对其的约束程度,减小轴承处振动。
