The invention discloses a power supply circuit, a corresponding control method thereof and a vehicle. The protection element and the current adjusting circuit are arranged in the power supply circuit, when adhesion of the high-voltage contactor is detected, the current adjusting circuit is controlled to work so as to adjust the current flowing through the protection element, and then output of the battery pack is cut off. Therefore, when the high-voltage contactor cannot be turned off due to adhesion, the electric connection between the battery pack and the electric equipment can be cut off, the vehicle can be maintained in time, and the use safety of the vehicle is improved.
