The invention discloses an anti-collision beam for a vehicle. The anti-collision beam comprises an anti-collision beam main body and an energy absorption box, the abutting face is provided with a connecting area used for arranging an energy absorption box. A collision face opposite to the abutting face is further formed on the anti-collision beam body, and the direction from the collision face to the abutting face is the stress direction of the anti-collision beam body. Weak force areas are symmetrically arranged on the collision surface, and the cross sections of the weak force areas are the same as those of the end parts of the anti-collision beam main body; the weak force area is composed of at least one pair of welding seams arranged at intervals, and the distance between the weak force area and the central axis of the anti-collision beam body is d1. A deformation area of the anti-collision beam body is arranged between the weak force areas, the deformation area deforms in the stress direction of the anti-collision beam body, and the invasion amount with the distance being d2 is formed.
