The invention relates to the technical field of fuel cells, in particular to a fuel cell cold start method, which comprises the following steps: setting an initial air compressor flow, starting a DCDC, and setting a constant voltage mode, a target voltage, a target current and an initial target in-pile air flow. According to the difference between the actual input current and the target current, the target in-pile air flow is closed-loop; adjusting the opening degree of the three-way valve; when the water temperature reaches the normal starting temperature, starting is ended; by means of the fuel cell cold start method, when the start command of the whole vehicle is received in the low-temperature environment, the fuel cell can be quickly started, and power can be output according to the requirement of the whole vehicle; a relatively high and constant air flow is ensured to dilute the concentration of tail emission hydrogen; controlling the opening of an inlet three-way valve to accurately adjust the in-pile air flow; according to the actual output current and the target current, carrying out closed-loop control on the in-pile air flow; therefore, the purpose of adjusting the output current is achieved.
