The chain type rotating wheel can run smoothly and stably and is long in service life; according to the chain type rotating wheel and the vehicle chassis, practicability of the chain type rotating wheel and the vehicle chassis can be achieved, the working efficiency and the steering efficiency of the vehicle are judged, and therefore design parameters can be adjusted to achieve benefit maximization, and great economic benefits are generated.
本发明提供了一种链式旋转轮系统及其底盘的设计方法,该系统包括两个安装在驱动轮、负重轮和张紧轮上的履带,每个履带由若干个链式板单元通过双销单元顺次连接而成,链式板单元包括链式板、安装在链式板底面上的至少一个前旋转轮组件和至少一个后旋转轮组件,链式板的前端设有第一销轴孔,后端设有第二销轴孔,第一销轴孔与第二销轴孔平行,前旋转轮组件包括两个以上同轴连接的第一辊轮;后旋转轮组件包括两个以上同轴连接的第二辊轮。本发明可使链式旋转轮运行柔顺、平稳、寿命长;可实现链式旋转轮及其车辆底盘的实用化,对车辆的工作效率和转向效率进行了判定,从而可以对设计参数进行调整以实现效益最大化,产生重大的经济效益。
