The invention discloses a snorkeling type offshore platform which comprises a base, a buoyancy unit, a snorkeling unit, mooring units and an equipment box, the base is of a net structure formed by connecting a plurality of mooring ropes in a crossed mode, the buoyancy unit and the snorkeling unit are fixedly connected to the upper portion of the base, the mooring units are arranged on the periphery of the base, and the equipment box is connected with the buoyancy unit and the snorkeling unit. The base is connected with the snorkeling unit, the snorkeling unit and the mooring unit act together to achieve floating and diving of the base, and an equipment box used for loading functional equipment is detachably connected to the interior of the base; the snorkeling type offshore platform disclosed by the invention can resist severe sea conditions of deep and far seas, has equipment arrangement and personnel activity spaces, reduces the construction cost, and solves the problem that equipment is difficult to replace.
