The pre-tightening method of the super-lifting inhaul cable comprises the steps that a pre-tightening instruction of the super-lifting inhaul cable is received; according to the super-lift inhaul cable pre-tightening instruction, the amplitude-variable mast is controlled to rotate to the position inclined relative to the basic arm, and the hoisting mechanism is controlled to adjust the take-up and pay-off amount of the super-lift inhaul cable, so that the super-lift inhaul cable is pre-tensioned; and the hoisting mechanism is locked, the variable-amplitude mast is controlled to rotate to the target position in the direction tending to be perpendicular to the cargo boom, so that the super-lift inhaul cable is tensioned, and the tension of the super-lift inhaul cable in the pre-tensioning process is smaller than that of the super-lift inhaul cable in the tensioning process. By means of the arrangement, the problem that in the prior art, the pre-tightening amount is insufficient when the super-lifting winch is used for pre-tightening the super-lifting inhaul cable is solved.
