The invention provides a multi-terrain mobile robot which comprises a walking mechanism, the walking mechanism comprises a walking base and moving devices, and the moving devices are arranged on the two sides of the walking base; the moving device comprises a balance support, a first moving wheel assembly, a second moving wheel assembly and a damping assembly. The balance supports are arranged on the two sides of the walking base, the damping assemblies are arranged on the two sides of the balance supports, and the first moving wheel assemblies are arranged on one sides of the balance supports through the damping assemblies. The second moving wheel assembly is arranged on the other side of the balance support through the damping assembly. According to the structure, the damping assembly is arranged, so that better damping can be achieved when the mobile robot walks on the uneven ground, the mobile robot can move stably, and the mobile robot can adapt to more terrains.
