The invention relates to an urban rail transit line network level train monitoring system based on a cloud platform, which is characterized in that a line network level train monitoring system NATS is arranged in a line network center cloud platform and is used for collecting line ATS data for analysis and providing a line network level operation management function; meanwhile, the NATS has the functions of traffic command, operation index analysis, full-automatic mapping, network and line collaborative command, transportation organization and auxiliary decision making. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that information display of a whole road network is carried out for a large city, so that a network center can carry out overall operation command and scheduling on the city.
