The invention relates to a novel internal climbing tower crane supporting structure which comprises climbing steel beams and supporting cross beams, the two climbing steel beams are fixed to a longitudinal main beam of an elevator front chamber, the supporting cross beams are arranged on the two sides of the longitudinal main beam of the elevator front chamber respectively, and the outer side ends of the supporting cross beams abut against a fixed object. And the length of the climbing steel beam is not greater than the width between the two longitudinal main beams of the elevator front room. According to the structure, the longitudinal main beam of the elevator front chamber is fully utilized, the length of the climbing steel beam is shortened, the climbing steel beam is placed on the main beam, a tower crane standard knot penetrates through a reserved hole of the elevator front chamber, the reserved area of the structure can be reduced to a certain degree, the length of the steel beam is shortened, and potential safety hazards of climbing operation of the internal climbing tower crane are reduced. Meanwhile, in order to effectively share the horizontal component force generated by the tower crane, supporting cross beams are adopted at the position of the first climbing steel beam and in the elevator shafts on the two sides. The structure has the characteristics of light weight, economical efficiency and safety, and the construction operation risk of the internal climbing tower crane is reduced to a certain extent.

    本发明涉及一种新型内爬塔吊支承结构,包括:爬升钢梁和支撑横梁,两个所述爬升钢梁固定于电梯前室纵向主梁上,且在电梯前室纵向主梁的两侧分别设置所述支撑横梁,所述支撑横梁的外侧端部抵在固定物上,且所述爬升钢梁的长度不长于电梯前室两纵向主梁之间的宽度。本结构充分利用电梯前室纵向主梁,缩短了爬升钢梁的长度,搁置于该主梁上,塔吊标准节从电梯前室预留的洞口穿过,可一定程度减少结构预留面积、缩短钢梁长度,减少内爬塔吊爬升作业安全隐患。同时,为有效分担塔吊产生的水平分力,在首道爬升钢梁位置,两侧电梯井道内,采用支撑横梁。本结构具有轻量化、经济性、安全性的特点,一定程度上降低了内爬塔吊施工作业风险。
