The invention relates to a composite material, an oil tank component, a composite material oil tank, a fuel transportation device, a preparation method and application. The composite material is prepared from raw materials including a prepreg composition and fabric. The prepreg composition comprises modified epoxy resin, a curing agent, a whisker filler, a surface modifier, a defoaming agent and a rubber oil-resistant agent, the raw materials comprise 160-300 parts of a fabric, 80-120 parts of modified epoxy resin, 40-60 parts of a curing agent, 5-15 parts of a whisker filler, 0.1-0.2 part of a surface modifier, 0.3-0.6 part of a defoaming agent and 10-30 parts of a rubber oil-resistant agent; the modified epoxy resin is selected from one or more of polyurethane modified epoxy resin, vinyl modified epoxy resin, acrylic acid modified epoxy resin and polyamide acid modified epoxy resin; the modified epoxy resin and the curing agent can be cured to form cured epoxy resin. The oil tank with good mechanical properties and oil resistance can be obtained, and the requirement for light weight can be met.
