The invention provides a platform height calculation method and a lifting control method for a scissor-type lifting device. The scissor-type lifting device comprises a chassis, an arm frame and a platform arranged at the top end of the arm frame. The platform height calculation method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first arm support angle of a pre-calibrated arm support in a storage state and a second arm support angle of the pre-calibrated arm support when the pre-calibrated arm support is lifted to the top; acquiring a real-time boom angle of the boom; and calculating the current height percentage of the platform according to the first boom angle, the second boom angle and the real-time boom angle. According to the platform height calculation method provided by the invention, the calibration operation can be simplified and the operation error can be reduced by acquiring the pre-calibrated first boom angle when the boom is in the storage state and the pre-calibrated second boom angle when the boom is lifted to the top, so that the production efficiency of a production line can be improved, and the calculated platform height is more accurate; according to the lifting control method provided by the invention, the lifting or descending position of the platform can be controlled more accurately.

    本发明提供了一种用于剪叉式升降装置的平台高度计算方法和升降控制方法,剪叉式升降装置包括底盘、臂架以及设置在臂架顶端的平台;平台高度计算方法,包括:获取预先标定的臂架在收藏状态时的第一臂架角度以及在举升到顶时的第二臂架角度;获取臂架的实时臂架角度;根据第一臂架角度、第二臂架角度以及实时臂架角度,计算平台的当前高度百分比。本发明提供的平台高度计算方法,通过获取预先标定的臂架在收藏状态时的第一臂架角度以及在举升到顶时的第二臂架角度,能够简化标定操作,减少操作失误,从而能够提高产线生产效率,且计算得到的平台高度更加准确;本发明提供的升降控制方法对平台的举升或下降位置的控制更加精确。
