The invention discloses a method for predicting the battery capacity of a vehicle battery system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a plurality of state data groups of the battery system; the battery system comprises a plurality of single batteries, and the state data set comprises data reporting time, total current, voltage of each single battery, SOC, vehicle accumulated mileage, vehicle speed and temperature of the battery system; determining a working condition factor and a historical battery capacity of the battery system according to each state data group; wherein the working condition factors comprise a historical average SOC range, a historical average temperature of a battery system, a historical average multiplying power, a vehicle historical accumulative mileage, characteristic capacity consistency, a historical average vehicle speed, a vehicle storage duration proportion, a high SOC duration proportion and a fast charging frequency proportion; determining a battery capacity prediction model according to the working condition factors and the historical battery capacity; and predicting the battery capacity of the battery system according to the battery capacity prediction model. According to the method, the battery capacity of the battery can be accurately estimated and predicted, so that the problems of difficulty in battery capacity estimation and low accuracy are solved.

    本发明公开了一种车辆电池系统电池容量的预测方法,包括:获取电池系统的多组状态数据组;电池系统包括多个单体电池,状态数据组包括数据上报时间、总电流、各单体电压、SOC、车辆累计里程、车速和电池系统的温度;根据每组状态数据组确定电池系统的工况因子和历史电池容量;其中,工况因子包括历史平均SOC范围、电池系统的历史平均温度、历史平均倍率、车辆历史累计里程、特征容量一致性、历史平均车速、车辆存储时长占比、高SOC时长占比和快充次数占比;根据工况因子和历史电池容量确定电池容量预测模型;根据电池容量预测模型预测电池系统的电池容量。本发明可以准确的估计和预测电池的电池容量,从而解决了电池容量估计难和精确度不高的问题。
