The invention discloses an electric vehicle vacuum pump control method which comprises the following steps: S1, detecting and determining a vacuum limit value and used time, obtaining the vacuum degree limit value and used time which can be extracted by a vacuum pump at different altitudes through a test form, and locking all test altitudes and corresponding environment pressure and vacuum degree limit values; s2, enabling a vacuum pump to work, starting the vacuum pump, immediately enabling the vacuum pump to work after the on-gear power supply of the vehicle is switched on, and enabling the vacuum pump to continuously work for 25s to achieve the maximum vacuum degree; and S3, the vacuum pump in the working state is continuously detected, fault treatment of the vacuum system is completed, and finally the next step is carried out after the negative pressure in the vacuum gas storage tank reaches a stop threshold value. According to the invention, the reliability of vehicle brake boosting is improved, the occurrence of vehicle potential safety hazards caused by self faults of the environment pressure sensor is reduced, and the reliable operation of a vehicle brake system is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车真空泵控制方法,包括以下步骤:步骤S1,检测并确定真空极限值及所用时长,通过试验形式得出不同海拔下真空泵可抽取真空度极限值以及所用时长,并锁定所有试验海拔高度与之对应的环境压力、真空度极限值;步骤S2,使真空泵进行工作,启动真空泵,车辆接通on档电后立即使能真空泵工作,使其持续工作25s后可抽取的最大真空度;步骤S3,持续对工作状态时的真空泵进行检测,并完成真空系统故障的处理,最后在真空储气罐内的负压达到停止阈值后进行下一步。本发明提高了车辆制动助力的可靠性、减少因环境压力传感器自身故障导致的车辆安全隐患发生、保证车辆制动系统的可靠运行。
