The invention discloses a coaxial dual-rotor blade tip distance monitoring method, which comprises the following steps of: adjusting the direction of a sensor to a preset direction, and adjusting the position of the sensor to a position in the overlapping position of an upper blade and a lower blade; blades of the helicopter start to rotate, and data are collected after the rotating speed is stable; extracting data of a certain period from the collected data, and calculating the time when the upper-layer paddle and the lower-layer paddle pass through the working area of the optical sensor; calculating the height of each blade according to the time of the upper-layer blade and the lower-layer blade passing through the working area of the optical sensor; and selecting the minimum value of the upper-layer paddle and subtracting the maximum value of the lower-layer paddle to obtain the paddle spacing. The technical requirement for monitoring the heights of upper and lower pairs of blades of the coaxial double rotors through a single sensor can be met, and the aim of monitoring the tip distance of the coaxial double rotors in real time is achieved by designing a specific monitoring technical scheme.

    本发明公开了一种共轴双旋翼桨尖距监测方法,包括以下步骤:调整传感器方向至预设方向,调整传感器位置至上下桨叶重合位置内的位置;使得直升机的桨叶开始旋转,并在转速稳定后采集数据;从采集的数据中提取一定周期的数据计算出上层桨叶和下层桨叶通过光学传感器工作区的时间;通过上层桨叶和下层桨叶通过光学传感器工作区的时间计算出各片桨叶高度;选择上层桨叶的最小值并减去下层桨叶的最大值即可获取桨间距。能够实现单一传感器监测共轴双旋翼上下两副桨叶高度的技术要求,通过设计特定监测技术方案,达到实时监测共轴双旋翼桨尖距的目的。
