The invention discloses a converter station valve cooling main pump hoisting method, which belongs to the technical field of water pump hoisting, and comprises the following steps: S1, moving a hoisting platform to the outer side of a valve cooling main pump, and enabling the valve cooling main pump to be located at the middle position of the lower side of the hoisting platform; s2, binding the valve cooling main pump, and connecting the valve cooling main pump with a hoisting tool of the hoisting platform; s3, a handheld operation terminal is wirelessly connected with a hoisting control device, the hoisting tool is controlled to hoist the valve cooling main pump, and when the hoisting control device displays that the pressure value of a pressure sensor is equal to the pressure value converted by the weight of the valve cooling main pump, hoisting is stopped; s4, a connecting piece of the valve cooling main pump and the valve cooling system is dismounted; and S5, the lifting platform is controlled to move through the handheld operation terminal, and separation of the valve cooling main pump and the valve cooling system is achieved. The problems that in the hoisting process of the converter station valve cooling main pump, operation tools are deficient, efficiency and safety are not high, and human subjective factors are large are solved.

    本发明公开了一种换流站阀冷主泵吊装方法,属于水泵吊装技术领域,其包括以下步骤:S1:将吊装平台移动至阀冷主泵外侧,使所述阀冷主泵位于所述吊装平台下侧中间位置;S2:捆绑所述阀冷主泵,并与所述吊装平台的起吊工具连接;S3:通过手持操作终端与吊装控制装置无线连接,控制所述起吊工具起吊所述阀冷主泵,当所述吊装控制装置显示压力传感器压力值等于所述阀冷主泵重量换算成的压力值后,停止起吊;S4:拆除所述阀冷主泵与阀冷系统的连接件;S5:通过所述手持操作终端控制所述吊装平台移动,实现所述阀冷主泵与阀冷系统分离。本发明解决了换流站阀冷主泵吊装过程中操作工具匮乏、效率和安全性不高、人为主观因素大等问题。
