The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned ship sea wells, and discloses an anti-backflow sea well in an unmanned ship cabin, which comprises a ship body, a closed inner cabin is arranged at the upper part of the ship body, an electric winch is arranged in the closed inner cabin, and a cable of the electric winch is connected with detection equipment; a sea well pipeline for lowering detection equipment is arranged in the bottom of the boat body; the detection equipment is wrapped with an equipment protection block, the equipment protection block is conical, and the outer diameter of the equipment protection block is gradually expanded downwards; a pressure stabilizing cable guide plate is arranged on the lower middle portion of the sea well pipeline, and a guide hole matched with the cable is formed in the pressure stabilizing cable guide plate. A conical fairlead is arranged at the lower end of the sea well pipeline, and the caliber of the conical fairlead is gradually expanded downwards. The electric winch is installed in the inner cabin, and the installation environment of the electric winch is optimized; under the joint cooperation effect of the pressure stabilizing fairlead plate, the equipment protection block and the conical fairlead pipe, the liquid level in the sea well is stable and controllable; and the backwater backflow phenomenon under high-speed sailing of the sea well is avoided.
