The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle intelligent temperature control battery management system and a working method thereof.The system comprises upper battery cells, lower battery cells, a button switch and a controller ic, the upper battery cells and the lower battery cells are arranged in a straight line, a first carbon fiber heating piece is clamped between the upper battery cells, and a second carbon fiber heating piece is clamped between the lower battery cells; the upper battery cell and the first carbon fiber heating sheet are bonded to form an upper-layer plate-shaped body, the second carbon fiber heating sheet is clamped between the lower battery cells, the lower battery cell and the second carbon fiber heating sheet are bonded to form a lower-layer plate-shaped body, and a carbon fiber heat conduction pipe is arranged between the upper-layer plate-shaped body and the lower-layer plate-shaped body to form a stacked body. A normally-open temperature switch is arranged on the inner pipe wall of the carbon fiber heat conduction pipe, the first carbon fiber heating piece, the second carbon fiber heating piece, the normally-open temperature switch, the button switch and the upper battery cell are connected in series, and the outer surface of the stacking body is coated with a PVC heat shrinkage film. The intelligent temperature control battery management system for the unmanned aerial vehicle can reduce the negative influence of cold weather on the battery of the unmanned aerial vehicle.

    本发明公开一种无人机智能温控电池管理系统及其工作方法,该系统包括上电芯、下电芯、按钮开关和控制ic,所述上电芯和下电芯均呈一字排布,所述上电芯之间夹有第一碳纤维发热片,所述上电芯与第一碳纤维发热片粘合并构成上层板状体,所述下电芯之间夹有第二碳纤维发热片,所述下电芯与第二碳纤维发热片粘合并构成下层板状体,所述上层板状体和下层板状体之间设置有碳纤维导热管并形成堆叠体,所述碳纤维导热管的内管壁上设置有常开温度开关,第一碳纤维发热片、第二碳纤维发热片、常开温度开关、按钮开关和上电芯串联连接,所述堆叠体外表面包覆有PVC热缩膜;该无人机智能温控电池管理系统能减少寒冷的天气对无人机电池造成的负面影响。
