The invention discloses a method for installing and positioning a cabin door suspension joint with a double-angle hole, and belongs to the technical field of aviation equipment. According to the method, an axis positioning method is used for accurately extracting the axis position of a double-angle hole of the original suspension joint; adopting a surface positioning method to accurately extract the connection position of the intersection point of the original suspension joint and the cabin door; by extracting the surface position and the axis position of the lug of the original suspension joint, an accurate mounting position is provided for the suspension joint; and the suspension joint is replaced through tool positioning, so that an open construction passage is formed. The problem that in the existing cabin door positioning process, a construction channel is narrow is solved, the repeated dismounting process is avoided, and the repairing efficiency can be greatly improved.
