The invention provides a remote control system of a container portal crane at a wharf, and belongs to the technical field of wharf management.The system comprises a wharf operation system, an intelligent remote control system, a remote operation table and an equipment end, the intelligent remote control system dispatches the remote operation table according to instruction information of the wharf operation system, and the equipment end is connected with the intelligent remote control system; the equipment end determines the portal crane needing to be intervened according to the control signal of the remote operation table, and the portal crane disassembles the container according to the control signal when receiving the control signal of the remote operation table. Compared with a scheme that field control is directly carried out manually, according to the scheme, the control signals of the portal crane are set based on various kinds of information according to the remote control system, various complex field conditions are more comprehensively considered, the control safety and working efficiency of the portal crane are improved, and the overall working efficiency of a wharf is better.
本发明提出一种码头集装箱门式起重机的远程操控系统,属于码头管理的技术领域,所述系统包括码头操作系统、智能远控系统、远程操作台以及设备端,其中,所述智能远控系统根据所述码头操作系统的指令信息调度所述远程操作台,所述设备端根据所述远程操作台的控制信号确定需要干预的门式起重机,门式起重机在接收到远程操作台的控制信号时根据所述控制信号拆卸集装箱。相比于人工直接进行现场控制的方案,本方案根据所提出的远程操控系统,基于多种信息设定门式起重机的控制信号,更加全面地考虑到各种复杂的现场情况,提高了门式起重机操控的安全性与工作效率,并使得码头整体的工作效率更佳。
