According to the heavy-load wheel mechanism and the heavy-load AGV, a first oil passing gap and a second oil passing gap which are separated are formed between a lower rotating head of the heavy-load wheel mechanism and the inner wall of a rotating hole, a first oil conveying flow channel and a fourth oil conveying flow channel are formed in an upper rotating head, and a second oil conveying flow channel and a third oil conveying flow channel are formed in the lower rotating head; the first oil conveying flow channel communicates with the second oil conveying flow channel through the first oil passing gap to form a first oil way, and the fourth oil conveying flow channel communicates with the third oil conveying flow channel through the second oil passing gap to form a second oil way. The first oil conveying flow channel is used for being communicated with the first hydraulic oil end of a hydraulic station, the fourth oil conveying flow channel is used for being communicated with the second hydraulic oil end of the hydraulic station, and the hydraulic driving end of the hydraulic driving motor is communicated with the second oil conveying flow channel and the third oil conveying flow channel. Through the arrangement, circulation of hydraulic oil of the hydraulic driving motor can be achieved through the first oil way and the second oil way, the heavy-load wheel mechanism can generate large torque, the bearing capacity is high, and the transportation efficiency is high.

    本公开提供一种重载车轮机构及重载AGV,上述的重载车轮机构的下旋转头与旋转孔的内壁之间设置相分隔的第一过油间隙及第二过油间隙,上旋转头开设有第一输油流道及第四输油流道,下旋转头开设有第二输油流道及第三输油流道,第一输油流道通过第一过油间隙连通于第二输油流道以形成第一油路,第四输油流道通过第二过油间隙连通于第三输油流道以形成第二油路;第一输油流道用于连通于液压站的第一液压油端,第四输油流道用于连通于液压站的第二液压油端,液压驱动马达的液压驱动端分别与第二输油流道及第三输油流道连通,使得能通过第一油路、第二油路实现液压驱动马达的液压油的循环,以使得重载车轮机构能产生大扭矩,承重能力强、运输效率高。
