The invention discloses a semi-submersible type three-cylinder floating type fan foundation structure and a construction method thereof. The semi-submersible type three-cylinder floating type fan foundation structure comprises a cylinder foundation, a transition section tower and a suction pile, the lower edge of the cylinder foundation is connected with a heaving plate, the upper portion of the cylinder foundation is connected with an on-cylinder stand column, and an anchor cable restraining device and a suction pile restraining device are arranged on the outer side of the cylinder foundation; the cylindrical foundations are connected through ballast buoyancy tanks; the transition section tower is used for connecting an upper fan structure and the barrel-shaped foundation; two suction piles are correspondingly arranged on the outer side of each cylindrical foundation, the upper ends of the mooring anchor chains are connected to the anchor cable restraining devices, and the lower ends of the mooring anchor chains are connected to the anchor chain receiving devices. The invention has the characteristics of a semi-submersible type foundation and an air buoy type foundation, and can greatly reduce the cost of the foundation and a mooring system in combination with the bottom opening characteristic of the barrel type foundation while keeping good mooring characteristics and improving the structure mooring movement performance, thereby promoting the price-averaging development progress of deep sea wind energy resources.

    本发明公开一种半潜式三筒型漂浮式风机基础结构及其施工方法,包括筒型基础、过渡段塔架和吸力桩,筒型基础下边缘连接有垂荡板,上部连接有筒上立柱,外侧布置有锚缆约束装置和吸力桩约束装置;筒型基础和筒型基础之间通过压载浮箱连接;过渡段塔架用于连接上部风机结构和所述筒型基础;每个筒型基础的外侧对应设置有两个吸力桩,系泊锚链的上端连接到锚缆约束装置,下端连接到锚链接收装置。本发明兼具半潜式基础和气浮筒型基础的特点,可在保持良好系泊特性和改善结构系泊运动性能的同时,结合筒型基础底部开口特性,大大降低基础和系泊系统的成本,促使深远海风能资源平价化开发进度。
