The invention discloses a lifting device for ship construction, which comprises a support column and a lifting arm, one end of the lifting arm is movably connected to the top end of the support column, the rotation angle of the lifting arm is controlled by a first motor, the other end of the lifting arm is provided with a steel wire winding roller which is controlled by a second motor to wind a steel wire, and the lifting arm is further sleeved with a sliding box. The sliding box is fixedly connected with an auxiliary supporting device controlled by a third motor to adjust the length, a movable base capable of adjusting the supporting angle in a rotating mode is arranged at the bottom of the auxiliary supporting device, and the device further comprises a telescopic assembly driving the sliding box to move. The auxiliary supporting device is used for supporting the ground, the stress of the hoisting arm is shared, damage is reduced, and the service life is prolonged; positions of the sliding boxes can be flexibly adjusted according to ship weight, and supporting stability is improved; the length of the auxiliary supporting device can be flexibly adjusted to adapt to different heights and angles and can adapt to different site environments; by adjusting the movable base, the contact stress area can be increased, and the load of the suspended ship body can be shared.

    本发明公开了一种船舶建造用起吊装置,包括支撑柱和起吊臂,起吊臂一端活动连接于支撑柱顶端,受第一电机控制转动角度,起吊臂另一端安装有受第二电机控制收卷钢丝的钢丝收卷辊,起吊臂上还套接有滑动盒,滑动盒固定连接有受第三电机控制调节长度的辅助支撑器,辅助支撑器底部设有可旋转调节支撑角度的活动底座,本装置还包括带动滑动盒移动的伸缩组件。本发明通过辅助支撑器支撑地面,分担起吊臂的受力,减少受损,提高了使用寿命;可根据船只重量灵活调节滑动盒位置,增加支撑稳定性;可灵活调节辅助支撑器长度,适应不同高度和角度,且可适应不同场地环境;通过调节活动底座,可增加接触受力面积,分担悬吊船体的载荷。
