The invention discloses a power distribution network real-time scheduling method and system considering carbon emission and uncertainty. A power distribution network optimization scheduling mathematical planning model considering new energy output uncertainty is provided. A power distribution network real-time optimization scheduling model based on a Markov decision process is constructed through modes of states, actions, rewards and the like, and a model basis is provided for optimization training of a subsequent deep reinforcement learning algorithm; aiming at the characteristics of high real-time performance and high complexity of a power distribution network scheduling task, a hybrid differential evolution-depth deterministic strategy gradient function algorithm mixed with multiple improved mechanisms is provided, and a power distribution network real-time scheduling strategy is formulated through optimization training; a power distribution network uncertainty resource module system composed of a photovoltaic output module, a wind power output module and an electric vehicle charging station system module is constructed. According to the method, the coping capacity of the power distribution network to the new energy output uncertainty is improved, the wind and light abandoning phenomenon of the power distribution network can be effectively reduced, and the new energy consumption rate is improved.

    本发明公开了一种计及碳排放与不确定性的配电网实时调度方法及系统,提出了计及新能源出力不确定性的配电网优化调度数学规划模型;通过状态、动作与奖励等方式构建了基于马尔科夫决策过程的配电网实时优化调度模型,为后续深度强化学习算法的优化训练提供模型基础;针对配电网调度任务高实时性与高复杂性的特点,提出了一种混合多种改进机制的混合差分进化‑深度确定性策略梯度函数算法,通过优化训练制定配电网实时调度策略;构建了由光伏出力模块、风电出力模块与电动汽车充电站系统模块组成的配电网不确定性资源模块系统。本发明提高了配电网对新能源出力不确定性的应对能力,能够有效降低配电网弃风弃光现象,提高新能源消纳率。
