The invention belongs to the field of transmissions, and relates to an integrated pure electric driving system without power interruption and a working method thereof. Comprising a plurality of motor shafts, a motor provides driving force through the motor shafts, the output ends of the motor shafts are connected with the input ends of intermediate shafts through first transmission devices, the output ends of the intermediate shafts can be connected with the input ends of a second-gear gear and a first-gear gear respectively, and when the output ends of all the intermediate shafts are connected with the input end of the second-gear gear, the first-gear gear is driven to rotate. The system is in a second-gear state. The second-gear gear is meshed with the output shaft second-gear gear, the first-gear gear is meshed with the output shaft first-gear gear, and the output shaft second-gear gear and the output shaft first-gear gear are both fixedly arranged on the output shaft in a penetrating mode. During gear shifting, part of the intermediate shafts firstly finish connection switching with the corresponding second-gear gear and the first-gear gear, the rest intermediate shafts finish connection switching with the corresponding second-gear gear and the first-gear gear again, and then power-interruption-free gear shifting of the system is achieved.

    本发明属于变速器领域,涉及一种无动力中断的集成式纯电动驱动系统及其工作方法。包括若干电机轴,电机通过电机轴提供驱动力,电机轴的输出端通过第一传动装置连接中间轴的输入端,中间轴的输出端能够分别与二档齿轮和一档齿轮的输入端连接,当所有中间轴的输出端均与二档齿轮的输入端连接时,系统处于二档状态。二档齿轮与输出轴二档齿轮啮合,一档齿轮与输出轴一档齿轮啮合,输出轴二档齿轮和输出轴一档齿轮均固定穿设在输出轴上。换档时,其中部分中间轴先完成与对应的二档齿轮和一档齿轮的连接切换,剩余中间轴再一次完成与对应的二档齿轮和一档齿轮的连接切换,进而实现系统的无动力中断换档。
