The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle collision early warning, and provides a method and device for adjusting the collision early warning sensitivity of a vehicle. The method comprises the steps that face recognition data of a driver and control data of the driver for a steering wheel are obtained, the face recognition data are used for indicating the attention of eyes of the driver to a road, and the control data are used for indicating the control degree of the driver to a vehicle; determining a target attention score of the driver driving the vehicle according to the face recognition data and the control data; determining a target sensitivity corresponding to the target attention score according to a preset corresponding relationship between the attention score and the sensitivity of collision early warning; and adjusting the sensitivity of the collision early warning of the vehicle to the target sensitivity. The technical problem that in the prior art, a vehicle collision early warning system is low in sensitivity and accuracy is solved.
