The invention provides a bicycle power assisting device which comprises a booster, two motor swing arms are connected to the outer side of the booster, a brushless motor is arranged between the two motor swing arms, and an electric power wheel is connected to an output shaft of the brushless motor. A fixed clamp and a movable clamp on the clamping assembly are matched with a locking bolt and a fixing nut to be quickly clamped and fixed to a rear fork of a bicycle, the bicycle rear fork clamping device can be quickly installed on the bicycle, disassembly is very convenient, operation can be repeated, and extra materials (such as consumables as adhesives) do not need to be consumed; the power booster is small in size, convenient to carry and suitable for most types of bicycles, after the power booster is installed, the electric power wheel makes contact with a bicycle wheel, and therefore the bicycle is driven to move forwards through rotation of the electric power wheel, the power assisting purpose is achieved, running of the bicycle is achieved, and the traveling efficiency of people is improved.
