    本发明涉及建筑领域,公开一种大型起重机门架结构的合拢方法:包括以下步骤:搭建制作胎架;装焊支腿a、支腿b和十字梁;装配法兰工装;装焊支腿d和增加固定支撑;装焊梯子、平台后油漆,再翻身90°;拆除法兰工装,安装支腿d;安装大针轮支承环;最后将工艺螺栓更换为正式螺栓。本发明的有益效果是通过在支腿的顶部设法兰工装,由于支腿本身较大,法兰工装能够对支腿顶部起到稳固矫正的作用,防止由于体型较大从而造成的精度不准确的问题,提高支腿合拢成门架的精度,采用特定工装克服场地及起吊设备限制,保证安装精度,防止出现不平稳和异响的情况。
