The invention discloses a self-rescue method for salvaging a continuous wall grab bucket, which comprises the following steps: step 1, after a grab bucket steel wire rope of continuous wall equipment is broken and the grab bucket falls into a groove section, cutting off a curled part of a broken end of a main winch steel wire rope of the grab bucket equipment to enable the residual main winch steel wire rope to be vertical without bending, and connecting the main winch steel wire rope with a lifting hook; 2, the depth of the grab bucket hoisted into the groove is measured, and a lifting hook is lowered from the side face of the grab bucket to the wall of the groove through a main winch steel wire rope; 3, after the lifting hook reaches a lifting position, rotating a main winch steel wire rope on the ground to enable the lifting hook to be hooked in a notch in the side face of the grab bucket; and 4, the grab bucket is lifted through the main winch steel wire rope, and the bucket head of the grab bucket is repeatedly opened and closed in the lifting period till the grab bucket is lifted to the ground to extend out of the head. According to the grab bucket, the steel wire rope is matched with the lifting hook, grab bucket fishing is carried out, cyclic utilization can be achieved, environment friendliness is achieved, the cost of all links of grab bucket fishing is reduced, and the construction cost is reduced.
