The invention belongs to the technical field of engineering machinery, and discloses a connection on-line system, which is characterized in that an on-line tray for bearing materials is arranged on a line body corresponding to an on-line area; the offline transport vehicle is used for transporting the materials to the connection area; the connection device is installed on the rack and comprises a jacking mechanism, a clamping jaw mechanism, a first detector used for detecting materials on the off-line transport vehicle and a second detector used for detecting the materials on the jacking mechanism. The controller is configured to respond to the first material in-place signal generated by the first detector and control the jacking mechanism to jack the materials until the materials are separated from the off-line transport vehicle; and in response to a second material in-place signal generated by the second detector, the clamping jaw mechanism is controlled to grab the materials, and the materials are horizontally moved to the on-line tray in the conveying direction. Through cooperation of the production line, the off-line transport vehicle, the connection device and the controller, a manual forklift distribution mode can be avoided, meanwhile, automation of material connection and on-line feeding can be achieved, and the material assembling efficiency is improved.
