According to the satellite load, a heating part is directly installed on a heat collecting plate or transmitted to the heat collecting plate through a heat pipe, then the heat collecting plate concentrates heat and transmits the heat to a far-end heat dissipation plate through an externally-attached heat pipe, and the far-end heat dissipation plate can select the position layout with the optimal heat flow environment according to the satellite heat dissipation condition. And long-distance transmission is carried out through the externally-pasted heat pipe. And the heater on the heat collecting plate can perform closed-loop temperature control, so that the temperature control and heating decontamination requirements of the load detector are met. The heat dissipation device solves the problem of heat dissipation of external loads under the severe external heat flow environment condition, can adapt to different load layout conditions, makes full use of on-satellite heat dissipation resources, and has the advantages of being safe, reliable, good in heat dissipation effect and the like.

    本发明提供了一种卫星载荷用远距离散热装置及卫星,属于航天器热控设计领域,包括:热量收集板、外贴热管、隔热座、热管卡箍、散热板、多层隔热组件、热敏电阻、加热器。卫星载荷将发热部件直接安装于热量收集板或者通过热管传输到热量收集板,热量收集板再将热量集中通过外贴热管传输至远端散热板,远端的散热板可以根据星上散热条件选择热流环境最优的位置布局,通过外贴热管进行远距离的传输。热量收集板上的加热器可以进行闭环控温,满足载荷探测器的控温和加热去污需求。本发明解决了星外载荷在恶劣外热流环境条件下的散热难题,能够适应不同的载荷布局条件,充分利用星上散热资源,具有安全可靠、散热效果好等优点。
