The invention provides an immersed liquid cooling server hoisting operation and maintenance robot which comprises a vehicle body, and a maintenance platform and a suspension arm assembly are installed on the middle portion and the rear portion of the vehicle body respectively. A rotating device is arranged at the bottom of the suspension arm assembly, a suspension arm support is fixedly installed on the rotating device, the top of the suspension arm support is hinged to the rear end of a cross arm, the rear end of the cross arm is hinged to one end of a cross arm push rod motor, the other end of the cross arm push rod motor is hinged to the front end of a translation cross arm, and the translation cross arm is connected with the cross arm through a sliding block. The middle end of the cross arm is hinged with the top of a lifting push rod motor; the bottom of the lifting push rod motor is hinged with the bottom of a suspension arm bracket; the front end of the translation cross arm is connected with a hook assembly. The maintenance platform comprises a platform support, the bottom of the platform support is fixedly installed in the middle of the vehicle body, and the top of the platform support is connected with a maintenance platform body through a rotating bearing. The suspension arm assembly adopts a suspension arm form of a push rod combination, so that the safety and the stability of hoisting are improved; the maintenance platform can be overturned and telescopic, so that the occupied area is reduced.

    本发明提出了一种浸没式液冷服务器吊装运维机器人,包括车身,车身的中部和后部分别安装有维修平台和吊臂总成。吊臂总成的底部设有旋转装置,旋转装置上固定安装吊臂支架,吊臂支架的顶部铰接横臂的后端,横臂的后端铰接横臂推杆电机一端,横臂推杆电机的另一端铰接平移横臂的前端,平移横臂和横臂之间通过滑块连接;横臂的中端铰接升降推杆电机的顶部,升降推杆电机的底部铰接吊臂支架底部;平移横臂前端连接吊钩总成。维修平台包括平台支架,平台支架的底部固定安装在车身的中部,平台支架的顶部通过旋转轴承连接维修平台本体。本发明的吊臂总成采用推杆组合的吊臂形式,提高了吊装的安全性和稳定性;维修平台可翻转和伸缩,减小了占地面积。
